Abstract

Legal culture is closely connected with the general culture of the people. It is based on established principles; reflection of the level of professional, intellectual, ethical, psychological, linguistic development, in accordance with modern requirements. The system of values in the field of law, existing in the real functioning of society, is called legal reality, since it is in structural terms that it coincides with the notion of the legal system. Legal culture is formed by observance of legal norms; assimilation of the system of values achieved by humanity in the legal field; trying to know the world around and in it.
Professional legal culture - one of the forms of legal culture of society, characterized by a community of people engaged in legal activities. This is a working group of people who are carriers of the legal culture of law. They must be distinguished by impeccable professional knowledge; understanding of legal phenomena in the respective spheres of activity. And this requires the ability to combine ethical, psychological, logical, and linguistic aspects. They are found in the methods of training and practice.
The legal culture of a lawyer is a creative knowledge of legal norms, laws and phenomena. Here there are social values: high morals, humanism, kindness.
The legal culture of a person contributes to the development of the style of lawful behavior, which is formed, respectively: the degree of assimilation and expression of values of the legal culture of society; specifics of professional activity; individual creativity.
Observance of legal principles; the specificity of solving vital issues within the law - characterizes the cultural style of lawful behavior of a person.
Professional ethics forms a system of specific moral norms with common rules that serve certain areas of human activity. Ethics distinguishes moral aspects of the interaction of person and society; forms a high spirituality; carries energy of morality, beauty.
Legal culture is a condition, form and result of cultural and professional activities of representatives of legal professions.
