Abstract

This scientific work is devoted to the analysis of the influence of the principles of civil law on the current mechanism of regulation of civil legal relations, as well as the creation of prerequisites for the specification of some of them, in particular, the principle of integrity in civil legal relations. It is this aspect that determines the relevance of this issue. In this regard, it is necessary to note the more significant interest of legal scholars in the general theoretical aspects of the principles of law, in particular, civil, determining the problems of applying the norms of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Civil Procedure Code and other acts of civil legislation. In addition, the presence of the latest provisions regarding the reformatting of civil law and some other branches of law into Private law was noted, which is ultimately determined by the adaptation of the legal system to the European model of legislation.
