The article examines the current need for modernization of the transport and logistics infrastructure of Ukraine in the minds of the war, with an emphasis on the legal aspects and economic significance of these processes for the further modernization of the state. The war caused significant destruction of the infrastructure, which became a serious impact on the economy and the functioning of the transport system of the region. This crisis also opens up opportunities for modernization and immediate, sustainable and efficient logistics measures. The article analyzes the key legal acts that regulate the processes of reconstruction and the functioning of transport facilities in leading minds, authorities, new legislative initiatives to simplify procedures life, obtaining investments and international technical assistance. Particular respect is given to the mechanisms of public-private partnership and the integration of Ukraine into the European transport space, which will achieve increased efficiency in managing logistics flows. The topic is devoted to the economic aspects of modernizing transport and logistics infrastructure. This is reinforced by its strategic importance for ensuring uninterrupted operation of critically important services, stimulating exports, attracting investment and integrating Ukraine into the light market. There is an emphasis on the need to promote current technologies, such as digitalization of logistics processes, automation of transport management and the creation of multi-modal transport hubs. The results of the investigation show that an integrated approach to the modernization of transport and logistics infrastructure in the minds of war and further modernization is a key factor in the economic development of Ukraine. The recommendations are aimed at strengthening the institutional capacity of the state, increasing the efficiency of resource management and adapting to the current demands of globalization.
