Abstract

The work illuminates key aspects of the development of international investment arbitration, encompassing interactions with national legislation, the role of international organizations, and prospects for refining legal regulations. This study contributes valuable insights into understanding contemporary challenges and opportunities faced by countries in the field of investment arbitration. Special attention is given to Ukraine's experience in investment arbitration, considering its role as an active participant in the global economy. Specific cases involving Ukraine are examined, and the progress and challenges encountered in regulating investment disputes are analyzed. The role of investment arbitration in the country's economic development is explored, highlighting both problems and achievements. The research aids in identifying prospects for further development of investment arbitration in Ukraine, offering recommendations to enhance the efficiency of this dispute resolution mechanism.
