Abstract

The scientific work investigates the issue of the condition and existing problems of modern aspects of countering terrorist activity in the domestic concept and practice in the context of the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation and the terrorist threat that it carries with its activities, namely, conducting an aggressive policy. In this work, I made a feasible characterization of modern terrorist threats, conducted an analysis of the domestic theory and practice of combating terrorism. In the course of the study, the experience of anti-terrorist activity was analyzed using the example of Israel, followed by a comparison with the Ukrainian model of combating terrorism. The issue of national resilience in the context of countering modern terrorist threats is considered separately. Also, in the course of the research, recommendations were made to optimize state policy in the field of combating terrorist threats, taking into account the current security situation and the completeness of the regulatory settlement of the current issue.
